Steve. I been through that. Using a chamber reamer for making the sizing die it just wont size the brass so the case will chamber.
When I order a reamer I order the sizing reamer also. Even annealing the whole case it still is tough to seat the case until it has been fired a couple times.
When you have the sizing reamer that die you cut with it the case will be identical to the chamber and if that chamber is tight you will seldom have to use the sizing die again unless you damage the case.
