RE: 44-77 brass
I got 400 cases from the first run. About 1/3 I had to take the rim thickness down before I could close the breach. The rim thickness ran as thick as .082"

I have 92 cases from I guess their first run, marked Jameson, and have 60 coming from BACO, am I going to have to set up and double check the head thickness on all of them and then thin them accordingly? What should the nominal be on the head thickness?

RE: 44-77 brass
That don't sound bad Sam.
I checked mine by chambering my empty new cases and separated the once I could not close the breach or the once that rubbed tight closing the breach and took those and figured 8 them on some 220 grid paper till they would chamber.
I had to do the same with the first run of .44-90 bn brass also. The batch I did not have this problem.

Sam,
For some reason I thought you had a .44-77 Shiloh.
Sorry
