At 18 Mo little Abby is holding the rifle she will have when she is big enough to hold it.

At age 7 she is behind the old 3 digit serial number 39 Marlin her mother learned to shoot with when she was her age.

Kurt, This is my youngest grandaughter... funny you should post this today, this being her first day of Pre-k. First time mommy and Grammy left her with strangers for a whole 6 hours. She was excited though. Wasn't long ago I was strolling my oldest grandson around the block pointing at trees and cars and getting him to repeat words. Now I'm filming wrestling matches and trying to keep my mouth shut.
You'd think she was waiting on the school bus but actually on mom and dad's front porch waiting on Grammy.
I'd be thrilled to have some range days with them like you!

Who wouldn't want to come home when you see her sitting on the front stoop.
The young cookie munchers are precious and fun to have around. They wipe out all of your pains when they are around.

Many years agao a man told me the reason to have kids is to have grandkids. After getting two grand girls, oldest 5 and youngest about to turn 1, he was speaking the truth. Good subject.
