Well, you need to start thinking about buying scrap lead by the ton and tin by the 50 Kilogram ingot while you shop for a bulk melting pot that will handle over 100 pounds of molten lead at a time. (five full loads in a pro-melt= 100 lbs.)
Be aware that primers come 5,000 to a sleeve and black powder is available in bulk.
Next will be home concocted bullet lube, think minimum 2 pounds at a mix and you will be on your way.
Wad punches, wad material comes in sheets 3' x 12', and keeps one busy keeping up with the loading volume.
Yes, you are going to have a ball.
With any luck that ton of scrap lead will last four years and by then the lead expenders will begin, with the oldest, moving on to other pursuits.

I'm already running into the above mentioned problems. My oldest also likes my 45 ACP, the other boys are addicted to the truck load of 22s I have. I do have over a 100# of black powder and 40,000 primers, a couple thousand sheets of paper, I do make my own lube......yep I'm pretty much screwed when I sit back and look at the situation! I need to focus the shooting into one area, maybe have a lead recovery program.....Obama can give me a grant, an award from the EPA would be due to the Borud Home for wayward Norwegian Boys.
