On 10/22 at around 4 PM Central we lost contact with the server. I wasn't able to reach the hosting provider, but did verify with the colo facility that they were okay. I submitted a ticket which apparently got worked overnight. I can't view the ticket for some reason, so it seems they're still having issues.
I'll update this if we get any more information. Meanwhile, time to make sure we have solid backups offsite...
