Big thank you
for all that paid me a visit at my camp site at the Q.
The Q is more of a reunion of friends I made over the years at the few shoots I attend and it is always a pleasure to shake hands and spend time chatting with them at these events.

The winds ate my lunch again but I just brush it off as a learning experience and enjoy seeing the dust kick up Smile

I left the Q heading to the Big Hill shoot at Baker but passed right through town and ended up in Spearfish SD to look at some land over in Wyoming for a couple days. I hope Brian didn't think I got lost on my way down to the Big Hill. I'm pulling up stakes and turn the wagon back north again to the hill.
The Q is a great event that every shooter that like shooting these old rifles or just meet and tell yarns with friends Tongue Smile

The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.

Kurt it's always a grand time visiting with you and your spotter.
Unfortunately the chances of us making it to the longrange championship this weekend looks pretty bleak. The weather did not treat us kindly here while we were at the Q, so I have to lay down the hay now or it'll just sit there and burn.

Would like to have made it out to visit a few, but time didn't allow it. Did get to town to pick up parts about the time the awards ceremony was going on. Wife was out watching that so didn't even see her Confused.
As soon as this 2011 rerun is over, I think I'll go park my arse on the 1000 yd line and do some practicing. Probably see you there.
