I'm with you Don.
I could never handle them raw, they look like something the Dog coughed up
I use a lot of river clams for cat fish bait and when I put them on the hook and see all that black stuff ooze out makes me that much more determent not to eat them raw
The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.
