The buf is at 800, but if you look to the left, at the upper left corner, theres a cedar tree out kinda in the open, that little black speck is where the 1000 yrd 4' square is. Across that ravineBig Grin

I've seen the wind blow from 4 different directions at once at Alliance!!

Them AIN'T shootin matches; rather they're plain damn luck events!!

That north ditch is a challenge.
When the Q got rained out I followed Don down there and it took Don a 1/2 hour of pointing before I finally spotted that target but I think it was round Smile
Talking on rules, you can only use 3" spikes on the sticks but I see guys driving the sticks in with rubber mallets as deep as they can past the spikes Smile

Maybe we should have a little long range HP match after the LR Match sometime this fall. I have a 26" heavy SS barreled 300 H&H on a Savage action I put together last fall. I need a reason to get back to workingup a good load for it.
