Buffler Match
Interesting range rules!!

At first I thought it must be geared towards smokeless shooters if they won't let you wipe and really don't want you to blow tube, but it says Black/Duplex or Pyro.

Good grief $110. to shoot???? Seems like every year match fees seem to increase.

I think this was the first bpcr shoot ever held. Interesting to see they still require period clothing on the firing line, also interesting to see it's sort of an open to the world thing, I was under the impression it had gone to invitation only.

Our Monthly Buffalo Rifle Match and Long Range Match Fees are still the same-- ($1.00) unless its your first time shooting it, then we really sock it too you (Free)
thanks to Al, Buz, Elwyn, Gary etc.

Montana 1000 and the Q aren't much more.

Maybe you don't need fouling control if you get 2 shots per target ??????

RE: Buffler Match
Brian It's hard to beat Q and the Mt 1000 shoot as well as Alliance. Those shoots are growing and there is a reason for that.
Attending some of these powder matches is getting to be a rich mans sport and the attendance is dropping. For people that live a long way form those matches will spend $1000 for fuel and range fees to attend one of those. Lets face it, a higher percentage of shooters that shoot these powder matches are on a fixed income or close to it

RE: Buffler Match
I'll get by just fine at the Q and M1000 for my match needs and maybe a trip to Big Hill or Ek. That other deal sounds more like someone trying to pay his property taxes to me. bobw

Anybody that's missing Alliance in May and Ekalaka in Sept is missing the boat. Those two I refuse to miss out on.
