Was doing double duty, lets see how this works today.
Ordered a Shockeater T shirt with their recoil pad that fits in the shoulder pocket on the T, while testing what looks like may be a new super duty bullet for the 44-77.
Anyway 31 rounds down the tube, not a bit of discomfort from recoil. The recoil pad is in just the right place for the butt of the rifle when shooting from prone off the sticks, and it doesn't slip around, plus there's nothing to put on the butt of the rifle, and no shoulder pad strapped on and always needing constant adjustment.

As soon as I started getting serious about long range shooting with these hard kickers, I realized I would need to do something about recoil. Not knowing a whole lot, I bought a PAST recoil pad.
Well, the thing never seemed to be the in the right place when the rifle went off.
After my first match at Lodi, I got my wife to sew it on the sweatshirt that I won there. It now works pretty well. At least it’s always where it’s supposed to be. It’s a little warm on hot days though. Brings back memories of my leather high power shooting coat.
I’ll be taking a look at that T-Shirt set up!

They also have a moisture wicking material t that seems like it might be just the ticket
I wore this one under my regular shirt and found it not to be uncomfortable even in the 80 degree temps
Years ago Limbsaver had a shirt that uses a small flexible removable pad Ild like to get a sewing lady to build a pocket in some shirts for that pad
