The early....
Scalper gets the worm. Good thing I'm not in need, but it seems 22 shells are non existent. The only place I found anything on the net had doubled their price. I got caught a little on the short side last time and had to slow my shooting a bit. Waited for the bottom to drop out and bought a few. Good thing!! I hope you all did the same!!?

RE: The early....
I'm in pretty good shape for 22's.
I was shocked as all get out, not long after I bought the Browning 1911/380 how scarce 380 ammo became and how high priced it got.
.410 ammo is hard to find.
Son-in-law just bought a 6.5 PRC, now all he has to do is find some ammo to shoot. LOL

I reload everything except 22. It's hard to find shot for the shotgun loading at times. Or, it cost more than loaded cheapy's. Not for 410 or 28s however as they get a premium.

RE: The early....
I can't find any 209 primers, so reloading shotshells isn't much of an option. I have a dozen or so bags of 7 1/2 shot I picked up for a buck a bag , intending to use it to cast bullets..
Have 2 cases of 28's that are supposed to be delivered today, but I'm betting with the weather they won't be here until tomorrow.
I did manage to come up with a couple cases of .410's and decent price, not a lot more than AA 12's.
I have a couple cases of winchester super target 12's that my 101 really likes, and some other 12 ga stuff.
I can't find anything from dies to bullet moulds to load the .380, so for the time being it doesn't get shot much.

RE: The early....
I saw some 380 stuff on the cast boolits forum classifieds. Put a wanted add in. I have a couple times with good results.

Don't melt any shot!! I'll trade you ingots at a ++ rate?

RE: The early....
I already shot up about 10 bags of it. Just a touch of tin and it made some really fine long range bullets. Smile But that's when trap loads were a dime a dozen and everywhere....

Last year when Midway had a Black Friday sale on .22 norma match for $200 a case I had them send two cases.

RE: The early....
I can go through a lot of 22s in 3 days of squirrel shooting. Not as many if I leave the 10-22 in the truck and take the bolt gun. Even with that I put over 500 through it in one day.
