I spent the day trimming and prepping the .44-2.6 cases today and my fingers hurt
I been shooting the CPA .44-2.6 and I been noticing the verticals getting higher so I looked at severaL cases and I could see the necks starting to creep up into the 4 degree funnel throat pinching the bullets when they get hit being fired changing the release tension. Also these cases fired with the CPA will not fit the Shiloh .44-2.6. The bases got larger shooting them in the different chamber so I ran them through the base swage die I made to take them down to .500" so they fit the tight chamber bull barrel Shiloh.
I still have to do 200 more but I will keep them separate and not mix them between the two rifles.
I really don't understand why the CPA's chamber is larger they were cut using my reamer. I think they must have polished the chamber after cutting it.
