43Spanish RB
My rolling block was handed down to me and looks like a military rifle cut down to sporting size and mounted with Lyman receiver sight. Included were 43 Spanish RCBS dies and 60 reloaded rounds of 43 Mauser cartridges. Are these safe to shoot, smokeless loads per Lyman reloading book?. Don’t know anything about 43 Spanish. Bore is excellent.

Stick with real BP.
Was there no info with the reloaded ammo?
I would pull down a couple of rounds to confirm BP use.

RE: 43Spanish RB
60 rounds of Canadian Industries Limited Dominion, "Adapted to Mauser Rifles", Model 71. Apparently suitable for 43 Spanish?
Some loaded with 32 gr 4198H, some with 58.7 gr RS Pyrodex, and 20 unmarked. As a rule I don't shoot loads loaded by other folks. I'll pull the loads but just asking if these cases are in fact suitable for the 43 Spanish. They do chamber OK. I would like to shoot BP PP loads.
