jamison 44-77 brass
as i have a shiloh 44-77 on order i am gathering up things i will need for reloading.the rifle is due about janurary 2019. have some jamison brass coming in 44-77 does it come annealed.thanks john

John, The new .44/77 brass I have from Jamison sure shows some bluish heat marks on the necks and upper case. That looks annealed to me, for sure. Shoot sharp, Mike

My captech 40/70 brass was annealed too. It sure is good brass.

The Jamison brass is soft enough that I can push the case mouth edge in with my thumb nail and I did not anneal them and still have not after many reloads. Good brass.
The reason a dog has so many friends is because he wags his tail instead of his tongue.

I was kind of surprised at how soft the case necks were, when fire forming mine, I was setting at the range depriming my cases and drooped one onto t he hard dirt at the firing line and it dented the case mouth. So yes they are annealed but yet they are very good cases. I would expect them to last quite a long time with a little care.
