I don't have a clue who the distinguished gentleman is that is posing w/ the dead elk, but he certainly has some good eatin' in store. Hope he has a game plan to get that big sucker gutted and into the pickup. And double ditto re: Mulhern's comment on the new White House occupants.

Just the Old Desert Deuce in the Arizona section of the Sonoran Desert. South of Seligman wandering around with an old Super Grade Model 70 in 30-06 when the old cow gave up. 180 grain Nosler Partition one shot did the trick on a mountain top. Ivories were coffee colored and well worn, very good table fare by the way.

Hopefully a Bison tag next fall
So I will get another chance to take my rifle for a walk this fall and maybe next.
