NRA BPTR updates
While it's not full of detail, at least the NRA Competitions has taken notice of the bptr matches this year and those of us that can't be there can at least keep a little bit of track on the thing.

RE: NRA BPTR updates
The drought happened mostly. Glad to see some wind this afternoon, or I would of been hauling water or rigging the pumpjack..
Had things comeup that I couldn't make the midrange, and I went to test the creedmoor loads and did well at 8 and 900 but they fell completely apart at 1000.Got the 1000 yd ironed out, but not completely confirmed. Friday when I discoverd the loads falling apart at 1000 was the first time I had fired my rifle since the last shot of the Quigley.
Combine all that with not having a spotter, and the rate at which we're hemorraging cash keeping the cows in supplement....

The major plan is to make the thing next year with it's later dates in Sept.

The prone match is getting pretty tight. Hate reading this stuff, just makes it that much worse not being there.

Semtav as good as your daughter shoots it might not be an all bad thing if there were some way to get her into those championships.

Maybe in about 3 yrs, College starts this week. Doubt she'd want to take a week off right in the middle of classes.
