Kurt are you positive about that range expansion? Last fall they said it would likely be a year or two down the line if it happened at all.

Sounded like it was going to be a pretty big project if they took it on, something about the backstop would have to be rebuilt and almost sounded like they would have to reorganize the firing lines.
