Believe me when I say this business is very hard to stomach even from a down under convicts point of view. The gradual erosion of all things implying freedom or even freedom of choice is something that is happening across the board. To look on and watch this overt attack on some of the foundation of your country is scary. Socialism...almost borderline dictatorship really. No doubt any further restriction of firearms and or firearms owners will be waved in our faces in our 'non biased' national news down here for all to see and those without a real clue when it comes to guns and gun crime, will jump onto the bandwagon and say we need further restriction.. or really prohibition. I guess thats the real issue for us..and likely you guys, is that we know one restriction leads to another ...then another ..and so on..and so forth. Its interesting to note that any positive firearm issues never..or very rarely make it to the news but any negative press gets 24hr coverage and print space in the papers. No agenda ? ...I'm sceptical. As you rightly said Kurt, its not just firearms either. Of course, as we seem to be regularly reminded by some facets of our own country... we have privileges... not rights ! Seems the iron has rusted away but the chains remain

. I'm sure I'm not alone when I wish you all the best in coming years to hopefully rectify some of the impositions laid down and to halt further inroads to your rights, constitution and way of life.
