Plus it is sort of funny how freaked out some people get when it does snow in June...

I'll bet you there's a bunch of unhappy campers this weekend.

I hope it gets better soon Don. I'm leaving tomorrow, bright and early for your part of the world :-).

I hope the weather is good enough to get some sight settings on Friday. I suppose if it's a rainout I'll just save all of that freshly loaded ammunition for Kamloops. At least I'll get to drive through some beautiful country that I haven't seen for 35 years :-)

Chris.

RE: Got rain?
Chris you should be fine coming in from the north. The Wind River Canyon has a bunch of mudslides and they aren't giving any guesses about when they'll open that road again. On the other side of the river there was a slide that took out the railroad tracks, and picture looks like it might have got a piece of a train.
Weather forecast looks ok for the match, it's just going to be a little tricky for some of us to find a way there.

RE: Got rain?
Got little over six inches rain here day before yesterday and Angie and I spent two hours in the basement of the local court house last night because from the looks on the radar there was a 'whupnader' southwest of us headed our way! I told her to get her shoes on, grab her purse and to town we went. Didn't have any problem as the 'nader' went south of us! From looks of radar this morning most of that system has moved off east but there will probably be more krap coming up during the day. Farmers are screwed to a degree! Been some corn planted, up and going good earlier but not many soybeans have been planted to date! Cooler and wetter for this time of year than I've ever seen! Be a while before I can use the range!

RE: Got rain?
Yep, cooler and wetter here than it's been for awhile. Lots of folks are just now getting their vegetable gardens planted due a very late spring. Had several hard freezes last week w/ temps. in the low to mid 20's. Tough on a lot of trees.

RE: Got rain?
Here in mid-America it has been a steady light rain for 4 days, steady, 24 hours a day. I know there are areas of the country that could use this excess moisture.

Don't look a gift-horse in the mouth ... I guess.

GEEEEEZZZZZ!
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it!
