I just picked up a Uberti very similar to the Pedi you posted. Boy was I surprised that the DST are actually single sets....the only way it can be fired is by setting the rear. Thats not really a problem for me.

I wish it hadd the faster twist but it doesn't and I just added an Accurate 38-285 mold to the collection. With open iron sights and so-so gc commercial bullets it will pretty much clover leaf at fifty yards despite my poor eyes. Put a Shaver soule on it and am awaiting a globe. Right now I'm pretty tickled with the rifle and expect my groups to tighten on up in anticipation of some longer range efforts.
