How is the chamber lead angle determined?

Well, I contacted the seller and am sending it back for a refund.

As an aside, a big one, the geometry of the action will not allow a cartridge of this length to be chambered. It looks like one would have to take enough off of the hammer that it may not even make contact with the firing pin!
