I'm just using them with the patched loads. The only pointer I have is it seems to work best if the felt is on the powder and the gasket under the bullet.
I punch those with the Cornell wad punch I got from BACO
They jumped the velocity quite a bit and that got the accuracy a tad better at 1k and got the velocity up to the point where it's not iffy for the standards at Raton.
