Load searching for the 77
Love my Shiloh 77 in 45-90. But never have quite got "thee" load for it yet. Today I believe I came a little closer.
Not the best day for load testing but it is what it is. Twitchy head winds, lots of light changes, and with the recent moisture loads of mirage.
600 yards shot from prone. 78 grains OE 1/2 single thin felt wad and my design dual diameter bullet from Brooks. Jamison cases, rp 2 1/2 primer.
