It is starting to sound like the load ain't there yet.
Did you change anydangthing?
No movement in the butt stock, correct? Forend screws ar tight, right?
Mirage could also be part of the issue.

everything on the rifle is tight

I will know if its the load on my next "zero wind day"

my base load has been 55 grains of Swiss 1.5 with basically no compression

the 40 I fired on Thursday were 56 grains
the 40 I fired on Saturday were 56.5 grains

all other steps in load were exactly the same

I will load some 55 grainers today since we have "wind warnings" and I will not be sending any down range
