That nose style is one I also want to work with and I can easily alter a straight sided mold to a 2-Diameter design and will do that with that design. BACO does not offer a straight sided elliptical design or I would do the same with that and alter it myself.

I'll give BACO a week and then I'll figure something else. I'll need a 2-DEPP for September and have to allow 4 weeks to get one done I'm sure, maybe more.

I can sympathize with Dave, when you offer custom work with alterations you can quickly become buried in all the variables. I've been there, done that!
