BACO has never been good about answering emails and I can understand that in some ways. It can be a full time job. I will say that when I call they go out the their way to help with answers and advise. When I called to check on this .44 caliber barrel the guy I talked to put the phone down and went and visually check that it was in stock and was the correct caliber and twist. Then he hand carried it to shipping and told them to ship it that day, it was at Shiloh the next day! Pretty good service I think.

I will call them this afternoon and follow that up with an email of the drawing and details. Years of being in business taught me that if you want things to be right follow-up is important and putting it in writing is best.
