PIC lines and Recoil

Got one for 3 weeks now and 3 more minimum to go.. I was wondering if anyone had experience with one in their shootin arm and if it was advisable to shoot say a 44-77 in 10-12 lb rifles using a shooters friend and maybe a past pad to boot.
