Open Sights and Punkin Chunkers

The 50-70 for example. Would rather hold 8-10 inches low at 50 and be dead on at 100. Or, dead on at 50 and hold over or flip up the Rough and Ready for 100? I'm thinking woods deer at the usual range of 75 yards and less.
