Nice rifle pacecars, nothing at all wrong with 3FG, I used 3F KIK in my 40-65 with 393 gr pp bullets, 45-70 with 530 gr pp bullets, 45-110 with 530 pp and 570 gr AA Smerker bullets, and even the 50-90 with 715 gr pp and 750 gr grease groove bullets, I found great accuracy, and with it building higher pressure, to burn very clean, fouling was next to nil and very soft.

Now that KIK is gone, I've switched over to 1.5 and 2FG OE powders, it's a more intense brand and builds plenty of speed with the larger granulations, although fouling [feels] a bit harder than the KIK brand.
