bullets are GG, 0.458 @ 20:1 alloy.. Inside case mouth dia. of fired case is 0.459, wall thickness is 0.011 at case mouth. Could it be the brass just needs to fired a couple of times in order to be flexed? Possibly with time the cases will remain more "open" when fired? And all cases are annealed before firing the first time.
