Sure Don. factory letter says shipped 1876, then again (unsold I guess) in 1879
Listed by serial number in Arming the West. as shipped west by S.H.and G. in 1879.
I shot it today....60 grains 2f, 330 bullet...4 inches at 100 yards. I've had the gun for 30 years and I'm playing with PP and greasers now. fun to shoot. ]
