No it's not a 100% pure tung oil. It does contain Tung Oil along with mineral spirits and other oils. There are a bunch of Tung oil rub finishes on the market. I don't want to use 100% alone tung oil it tends to need to reapplied with use outside. Yes it penetrates on it's own deeper then tung oil blends. I just like Formsby's rub in finish. It is durable and stands up to hard use. I need that on my gun stocks in all climates I shoot in. Smile


Well heck I like it too.....just thought I'd bring up that its not pure stuff.
