Ted sometime if you put an order in with Midway, throw a bag of those muzzleloader specialty felt wads in with it. They're dry lubed with something called 2000? anyway the stuff sure works good.
I will post up some pics if and when I get connected with a goat or deer. I do have a type 6 elk license for here at the house, so I can still get a general and go hunt a real elk somewhere, which I just might do. But I understand the road back into the valley where I've done my elk hunting for the last 35 years has been shut off, and I'm not of a mind to try and pack back in there... So the best part of elk hunting this year might be catching a mess of rainbows out of Hog Park Res, and maybe poppin the head off a bluegrouse with the 44... But stay tuned sportsfans, we'll be back to see the exciting conclusion....
