Had a great time, didn't shoot as well as I would of liked, but that's the way it goes.
The Hepburn broke down in the middle of the position match so after 2 good targets the rest were crappy to say the least. Sort of hard to shoot good scores with a rifle you're never sure if or when it's going to go off..
The 44-77 shot well in the prone match, some squirrels winds to deal with.
The CPA shot really well with it's paper patched bullets , especially considering it's only got about 150 rounds thru the new barrel.

Highlight of the week was spotting for Eddie Hayes while he won several awards in Sharpshooters in midrange and brought home the Marksman Creedmoor championship. Had a great time shooting with him, visiting with all the other folks that I always look so forward to seeing at Raton.
They are talking about the second week in August for the next 7 years or so. Doesn't look like there will be any separation between the target rifle and the silloutte matches, so a person will have to choose which you're shooting.
