I'm enjoying the Uberti '73 copies I have which include a carbine and a couple of sporting rifles. The one I don't have is a '73 with the 30" barrel but I do have a C. Sharps Arms low-wall with a 28" barrel. That low-wall is a real shooter and I've used it in some black powder cartridge short range matches without doing too bad. One reason I do like the '73s is that they are from the same era as the Sharps '74s. It just seems natural that they might have been in the same camp. Shoot sharp, Mike
Thanks,Mike. You are correct, Sir. Hard not to like a 73. A little hard for me to swallow that the Uberti is not American made. Been looking at the Henry's for that reason, but like the looks of the 73 better. You have no complaints with the Uberti's, I take it?
