Reloading the .22 rimfire is it coming back?

I lube them using Vaseline and a little graphite mixed in the lube I rub on the bullets. It's a little messy but so are the RWS shells. You don't need much for these little .22's.

Have you tried that on big bullets?? (.45/.50??) I never have figured out why you can shoot a .22 forever between cleaning and the same lube won't work on bigger stuff. Near the same speed too.
