Dan, I'm casting with the Lyman 311008 for Sue's Marlin 94 (16:1 alloy). What are you loading for your Marlin? I haven't found a combination that I like yet. So far 10 grains of IMR4227 have given best results, haven't had luck with Unique which I was counting on since that's what I have the most of. I haven't seen any difference on the target between rifle or pistol primers. We are looking forward to the lever shoots this coming season.
