RE: It pays to clean the mole den
A thread I can contribute to!
Try having two dens, one at home and one at the shop, here goes.

41 Mag die set NIB. I have never owned a 41 Mag.
A full un opened case of 7.62X45 dated 1953, bought that for a VZ-52 I used to own.
8lb jug of AA2460
Burris Signature 6X24 with a Mil-Dot recital.
500, 340 grain cast bullets for a 43 Mauser wonder why I bought those?
A large box of 40,50,52,53 grain Sierra, Nosler and Hornaday bullets for a 1-14 twist 22-250 I burned out years ago.
A 1000 count box of Nosler 155 match bullets.
3 bricks of White box Winchester LR primers.
One brick of Montgomery Wards 22 LR.
2 boxes of Sears 180 grain soft point 30-06 ammo.
2 Dillion Square Deal presses with a boat load of dies.

The list can be longer.

As I near retirement, I want to buy or build a den to retire in.
I - should sell some of the "stuff" I own and organize the rest of it.

My rifles and pistols are all organized and cataloged. With purchase prices, serial numbers and digital pictures.
All the ancillary stuff, like components, tools and the stuff you need to make ammo and shoot guns is not.
Bullet molds are a good example. I have a cheap General Tools Box here at the shop stuffed full of molds and handles.
My boy, my wife and the guys here at the shop have no way of knowing the financial investment there.
Likewise the whole bullets, cases, primers, powders, tools selection is a mystery to the uninformed.
I know what it's worth, and if anyone here saw it they'd know also.
To anyone outside of the gun culture, it's a pile of potentially dangerous junk, or useless junk.

Anyone want to be in my will?
I'll sell shares for $100.00 each :-)
