Yup. That's what prompted the big discussion at the shooter's meeting at the Nationals. There are several of those rifles have been built since back in 9 or 10 when the class was approved. Now competions has just decided it never happened....Altho their own literature tells us different, and we know for fact Jim Terry won that class at the nationals in 11...
