wind chart questions
having never shot long range, I have no experience with a wind chart.

going from the shooter, what do the circled numbers going to 12 and 3 o'clock represent, also the multi colored rings, what do they represent.

according to the chart posted, what would be the correction for a 10 mph wind at 1 and 2 o'clock for a 300 yard target
