Joe, being so new to this sport, just about 2 years learning from scratch, I am not even thinking about the wind at this point. Usually the wind in West Tennessee is just not that much, on the targets posted I noted the wind as blowing into my face at 0-2 mph. I will start working on the wind lessons this winter when the range at my home is a cross wind or angleing in or out

A handy tool to have is a wind chart like this.
Keep one in your range box.

It's amazing how much just a little wind will move your bullets POI. Then there's lady luck. I was working on my second perfect 250 = (ten in a 1.5 inch bull) last month. Had 9 in the 25 bull. Before the tenth shot I did the same as the others exactly. 10th shot went high left into the 23 ring. Looked to my right and all the wind flags were just lifting up, indicating a wind from 5 oclock. The closer you want to shoot (tight groups/high scores) the more you have to detect and correct for the very small changes in wind.
Looks to me like your rifle, hold and technique is good. Time to work on the wind.
