Okay, high shots on the second target were sighters. I think the rifle and load is fine. Looks like you're not allowing for wind, thats all. Very few shooters can do better than that without windflags. Some shooters cant or dont read windflags. Some matches dont afford windflags. Some ranges only have a couple range flags. What I'm trying to say is, its a GD wind flag problem. Concentrate on the wind conditions more. Try a dry last patch too, just to see what happens.
