Bore solvents
I had gathered up a number of Montana Extreme Bore Solvent. I got around to trying the stuff and it works pretty well. Then at the Quigley last week I bought a small bottle of their Cowboy Blend. It's supposed to be good for cleaning lead.
By jimmeny the stuff works like a champ, and pulls more carbon out of the deep recesses of the grooves than you can shake a stick at.
Went back and bought a big bottle of the stuff....

So if you've picked up a jug of the stuff in door prize awards, drag it out and try it,, you might like it.
