Big Hill long range
This was forwarded on to me by Brian Hickey. Dale and Brenda own the ranch where they hold the Big Hill shoot.
Hopefully they can do it as a 2 dayer so it would justify the trip up there.
Well folks that was interesting to say the least!!
It was a beautiful day for shooting on the Big Hill except for the mirage and the wind through the canyons!!!
As you can see our illustrious match winner Mr. Gamble has just one more miss on the course and he shoots a 20/40, and as you know from past experience Mr. Gamble is not a 50% shooter!!!


The 700 yd target was hit 21% of the time, 800yd 40%, 900yd 29% and the 1023yd just 26%.


In the future the 700yd target will go from a 24" square to a 36", the 24" square will move to the 600yd line, all other targets will stay the same. Gooooooood luck to ya.
Don't know when the next one will be, I'll keep you posted.
