In the books

RE: In the books
Yessir a fella needs to be in pretty good condition going into that thing, as it's 6 long hard days. Between shooting, spotting , and pulling targets, a person is just toast at the end of the day. By the end of the match folks are just worn out.
I think I was as wore out from the intensity of trying to keep up with the conditions while spotting if not more so than shooting.
The elevation there at the range is a touch over 6400 ft according to my GPS.

Don,
I am proud to say that I personally know someone that competed there and that did well. Now, see where all that castin' cleanin', cuttin' paper, wrappin and loading got ya? Well done !

Congrats ol' buddy.

What I want to know is why are you shooting the keyboard instead of the CPA????Smile

RE: In the books
Bob, thanks, I think this thing is going to shoot well. The invoice says it's a Douglas barrel, so that should be interesting.
About ready to start some heavy duty testing on the new 44 as well.
