WTB Lyman 17a Globe sight insert - jgh4445 - 06-17-2014
The one I lost and would like to replace is the fine, single crosshair insert that came on a card from Lee Shaver. Looks like the reticule in a riflescope. If anyone has an extra I'll sure pay for it plus the stamps to get it here.

I believe that Buffalo Arms will sell you the card for those sights.

Yes, so will Lee Shavers and I might have to go that route, but I don't need the whole set. I have the set minus the crosshair one. I was hoping someone who has the set and never uses the one I need might want to sell that one.

I would trade you the crosshair for the large aperture from the set.

I have several loose inserts that I think will fit a 17A. One of you measure the outside diameter of the circle and the distance across the "ears" and if I have them, I'll be glad to donate to you both. PM me addresses later.

As no one responded to my offer of free inserts, I withdraw the offer and will give all my 17A inserts to a person that has offered to take the sight, for free.
