The historic maker book is more or less a list of makers and location over 200 years. I was hoping my pierce would be in there, it wasn't. Maybe a bit after 1850 I guess. I picked up The Pennsylvania-Kentucky Rifle also by Kauffman at a garage sale earlier this year for a buck. -Tom
