RE: 40-70 2 1/4? - Don McDowell - 02-17-2016 Yessir once that 44 bug bites, there's no know cure... RE: 40-70 2 1/4? - JReed - 02-17-2016 For some crazy reason Don I get the feeling you like 44's lol. I had looked at the 44-90 I have enjoyed reading your posts about it. The reason I asked about the 40 is I saw them listed on C Sharps' sight and didn't know what the 2 1/4 case was. Now you have me looking at a 44-77 Shilo Sporter #1 lol. Thanks for all the great info Gents you all are a wealth of knowledge RE: 40-70 2 1/4? - Don McDowell - 02-17-2016 Jeramy, I do like the 44's. If you're ordering that Shiloh be sure and request the 7 degree leed. RE: 40-70 2 1/4? - Kurt - 02-17-2016 (02-17-2016, 11:44 AM)Mike Wrote: Gavin, Yes, the addiction is a serious one! With two .44/77s and a .44/90 BN, a .44-2.1" should be next. Shoot sharp, Mike Mike why not the .44-75 Ballard before the little .44-70?
RE: 40-70 2 1/4? - Mike - 02-17-2016 Kurt, I give up. Why not? Either one will take some time, giving me time to think about it.
